Shrugging off the jet lag - at least trying to- and joined Bryan for one arm jerk interval (45 sec each arm then 1.5 min off x 10 sets go up bell weight each two rounds ). I’m still healing from the last surgery which was 5 weeks ago but happy to be able to get into the rack position even with one bell! Double bells will be on hold for a while but it doesn’t stop me from lifting. Find JOY in everything you do today - I go in with this mindset and it truly works to keep you positive and humble. It’s a win if you can enjoy little things - which is actually big things ; we just need some reminders sometimes . #kettlebelljerk #onearmjerk
